Is It Better To Go Engineering: Undecided Or Pick A Concentration And Possibly Switch?

i know i want to be an engineer, and i’m leaning towards chemical but i’m not totally sure. Should i go as engineering undecided or go chemical but possibly switch?
P.S i’m really leaning towards university of delaware
my sat math is 630 (i plan to get a tutor) will one of the above choices give [...]
